Are there any essential oils that can be helpful with a cleanse?

As we all have unique aromatic experiences, the key is to find the individual oils that work best for you. Lavender is the most commonly used oil at nighttime, but while most people put it on their pillow or on the collar of their pajamas, it is also great to diffuse. I also recommend diffusing Spearmint, Ylang Ylang, Coriander, Clary Sage, and other individual oils known for their relaxing aromas as you begin your bedtime routine.
